What you're buying
- Export With Comments (working name) is a web tool that exports your project tasks with their comment threads to CSV, Excel, or PDF.
- Free: export one small project (up to 50 tasks), no payment needed.
- Workspace Pass: $29 one-time. Unlocks full exports for one workspace.
- Agency Pack: $79 one-time. Unlocks full exports for up to 5 workspaces. You pick each workspace from inside the app, and once a workspace is picked it can't be moved to another one.
- These are one-time payments. There's no subscription and nothing renews, so you'll never be charged again unless you buy again.
- Prices are in US dollars. [Sales tax line pending Counsel.]
Payment and receipts
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Stripe emails you a receipt right after you pay.
Refunds
- If you're not happy, ask for a refund within [14] days of buying at nightshiftlabs88@gmail.com and include the email you paid with. No questions asked.
- If your paid workspace never completed an export, we'll refund you automatically.
- A refund turns off the paid unlock for that purchase.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Fair use
- A pass covers the workspace(s) you bought it for. Please don't share a pass across other workspaces.
- The tool reads your data with your own sign-in and only sees what you can already see.
Not affiliated
- Export With Comments (working name) is an independent tool and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Asana.
