Why this exists
Comments are where the decisions live: who asked what, what got approved, why a date moved. Asana's CSV export leaves comments out, so the record you download is missing the part people usually need. This tool puts them back.
What you get
- Every task, every comment. Author, date and text for each comment, next to the task it belongs to.
- CSV, Excel or PDF. Excel puts comments on their own sheet. PDF gives you a readable document you can send to someone outside Asana.
- Big projects are fine. A progress bar shows where the export is, and if it gets interrupted you can pick up where it stopped.
Your data stays with you
- The export runs in your browser. We don't store your tasks or comments.
- The app only reads from Asana. It never creates, edits or deletes anything.
- Signing in uses a tiny step that swaps a one-time code for an access token. It keeps nothing.

In this preview you connect by pasting an Asana personal access token. It stays in this tab's memory only and is gone when you close or reload the tab. Your tasks and comments go straight from Asana to your browser. If you have a license, the token is also sent once to our license check so it can confirm you can see that workspace. It is not stored or logged.
